Shipping policy

Our Preferred shipper is UPS.  TBS reserves the right to ship your standard ground orders via any major carrier with tracking as needed to fill your order.

In-Stock items shippable via UPS will typically ship within one business day of order receipt.  Priority rush shipments including Next Day, 2nd day, or 3-day service will need to be placed before 12:00 Pacific Standard Time to ship same day.  All transit times are quoted by the carrier based on typical transit to purchasers address. Any “guarantee of service” is subject to the carriers current guidelines (UPS can be found here: UPS Service Guarantee | UPS - United States) As of October 2022, most guarantees continue to be suspended and all shipping times should be treated as suggested not absolute.  TBS will not refund any shipping costs for items delivered late due to carrier delays. 

All shipping times are calculated in business days.  Next Day orders shipped on Fridays, Weekends, or Holidays will be delivered the following business day (if received by 12:00 PST cutoff time)

Oversize or Motor Freight shipments have no guaranteed pickup or delivery and will be quoted on an individual order basis. 

In the event of an inventory error and TBS is unable to ship your product, TBS will contact you with the option to wait for the next available shipment or receive a full refund of the order and applicable shipping costs. 

TBS is not processing Intenational shipments.  Any orders received for outside of the U.S. will be cancelled and refunded upon receipt.
