FAQs for OEM Parts

Why do I need a Bed Serial Number?

Bed Serial Numbers ensure we send you the right part to get you back on the road. Manuals eventually get updated however we find that some incremental updates get pushed through in advance. This leads to potential fitment issues we simply don't want you to experience.

Where do I find my Wrecker Bed Serial Number?

Start by looking on the driver side of the recovery boom, tucked down by the winch(es). This is the most common location by far other locations depending on the age and year of the truck include the down tower below the cable sheave, attached to the subframe below the down tower, or in the case of older wheel lifts, attached right to the top of the stinger tube.

Where do I find my Carrier Bed Serial Number?

Head to the driver side of the truck and look under the deck at the main I-beam running the length of the bed, Towards the front you should find your plate stamped with the serial number there. Alternatively on some older Chevron units, you may find it facing froward on the driver side of the bed's front edge.

What manufacturers do you stock parts for?

We are a full line Miller Industries dealer, stocking parts for Century, Chevron, Vulcan, and Holmes equipment. We also carry some older Challenger and Champion products for those looking to keep their oilder equipment going. Any miller product we don't have from the shelf is ordered factory direct and can be drop shipped directly to you.

How long do OEM parts take to arrive?

With the proper information, we can verify parts fitment and ship same day under our standard shipping policies for in stock items. It is strongly recommended you have the body serial number and/or photos of the vehicle submitted to take advantage of same day shipping.

Below you will find reference manuals for general part identification. By referencing the manual, the page found, and the reference number our team will be able to quickly match the correct part number to your bed serial number. Unfortunately, due to generational updates and incremental improvements, it is difficult to list manuals with exact part numbers as they may not always fit your unit. Our goal is to get your truck back on the road with your first order, not the second or third.
